Search Queries
A name or place submitted through a search tool is delivered to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the entry and supplies its own results. Venango County Criminal History does not retain or record those search words on its systems.

Its content explains how to reach official custodians such as the Venango County Clerk of Courts, local police agencies, the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository, and the Pennsylvania State Police Megan's Law Public Website. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not compiled into a consumer report or a record about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside businesses supply the search boxes that appear on parts of the website. Data entered there is handled under the provider's privacy policy rather than this one. Each company controls its own rules for retention, processing, and disclosure. Visitors should read the applicable provider policy before sending a query.
